3. Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about a product, you may return it under the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact. We cannot accept returns of opened beauty products for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping Cost: The cost of returning the item to LC7 Living is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

5. Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

Correction: We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Return: We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item, with the return shipping cost covered by LC7 Living.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

Timing: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition (e.g., damaged packaging not reported within 48 hours).
8. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

9. Courier Instructions for Returns

For Change of Mind: You may use any courier of your choice, but we recommend The Courier Guy or Paxi for reliability. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

For Damaged/Defective Items: We will provide you with a shipping label or arrange for collection at no cost to you.
10. Cancellations

Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. If we are able to cancel the order, a full refund will be issued.

After Shipping: Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return process above once you receive the item.
