LC7 Living Shipping Policy

At LC7 Living, we are committed to delivering your favorite beauty essentials right to your doorstep, safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping methods, timelines, and costs below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (unless using Paxi) or international addresses at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Order Verification: All orders are processed within 1–5 business days(excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Express Orders: Orders placed with Express Shipping will be prioritized and processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

LC7 Living utilizes trusted local couriers to ensure your beauty products arrive on time:

  • The Courier Guy: For reliable door-to-door deliveries.

  • Paxi: For deliveries to selected Paxi pickup points (PEP Stores). This is a great option if you are not home during the day.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected courier.

  • Free Shipping: LC7 Living offers free standard shipping on all orders over R999.99 within South Africa.

5. Inspecting Your Delivery

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery for any signs of damage or tampering.

  • If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, please note it with the driver or refuse the delivery.

6. Damages, Shortages, and Issues

LC7 Living inspects all items before they leave our facility. However, issues can occasionally occur in transit.

  • If your item arrives damaged or if there is a shortage in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To report an issue, please email nomzamoinnocentia232@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

7. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship your items on time, LC7 Living is not responsible for delays caused by weather, public holidays, or courier service interruptions. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.

8. Order Changes & Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
